Commercial Epoxy

Commercial & Shop

Commercial epoxy flooring built for real traffic

A commercial floor is a piece of equipment: it has a load rating, a chemical exposure list, and a cost every hour it is out of service. We build epoxy and polyaspartic systems for shops, warehouses, showrooms and retail — specified to the traffic, installed on nights and weekends when that is what your schedule needs, and warrantied in writing.

What You Get

What the system includes.

Systems specified to the use

A detail bay, a fab shop and a showroom do not get the same floor. Build thickness, broadcast and topcoat chemistry are matched to the traffic and the chemicals.

Install around your hours

Nights, weekends, phased bays so the business keeps running — downtime is part of the quote, not a surprise.

Forklift and point-load tolerant

High-build systems over properly ground concrete take solid-wheel traffic, jack stands and dropped steel without cutting through.

Chemical and hot-tire resistance

Oils, coolants, solvents and brake cleaner wipe off the cured system — documented in the manufacturer spec we hand over with the floor.

Why It Matters

What separates a commercial system from a garage kit

Thickness where it counts: commercial builds go down in multiple measured coats over diamond-ground concrete — the mil build is specified, not eyeballed.

Moisture testing first: big slabs hide vapor problems that destroy coatings from below. We test before we quote, because finding out after is the expensive way.

A written warranty a business can hold us to — and a maintenance sheet so your crew knows exactly what the floor tolerates.

Before you get quotes, read the honest version

Commercial pricing is quoted per project — square footage, slab condition and scheduling drive it. The cost guide explains every factor before you get a number.

Questions

Commercial Epoxy questions we get asked.

Can you install without shutting the business down?

Usually, yes. We phase the work by bay or section and run installs on nights and weekends. Polyaspartic topcoats cut the reopening window to hours, which is exactly why commercial jobs are where they earn their cost.

What does commercial epoxy flooring cost per square foot?

Less per foot than a garage at scale — large open slabs are efficient to grind and coat — but the honest answer depends on slab condition, system build and scheduling constraints. Site visits and quotes are free, and the quote is itemized.

How do you handle moisture in the slab?

Every commercial quote starts with a moisture test. If the slab reads high we spec a vapor-mitigating primer under the system rather than gambling — a delaminated floor across a warehouse is a failure nobody gets to hide.
